review 1: My favorite author is Sharon Draper and I've read many books from her in the past. This book is part of a trilogy and it's the last one. Unfortunately, I was unable to read the second book due to my inability to find it, but once I do, I will most definitely read it even though it's kind of ruined for me already. Anyways, so far, I'm on page 40 because unfortunately I haven't had time to read due to work and school, but I'm going to try my best to get this book completed by the end of the week which is unusual for me because it usually takes me about a day or two. Anyways, the book details the lives of Arielle, Jericho, November, Kofi, and Dana, kids who have just dealt with a tragedy, unplanned pregnancy, and broken friendships. They each have problems on their own and I ... moredon't want to say them because it's like ruining the whole book for you guys! The book is amazing and I recommend it to anyone and everyone.
review 2: This book was great. I recommend that you read it after reading the other books, The Battle of Jericho and November Blues. Then you will already know the characters and what happened to them in the past, so it will be more fun to read. Basically, the friends Kofi, Arielle, November, Dana, Jericho, and a relatively new friend Olivia have gone through a lot together, and in this conclusion to the trilogy they go through even more. You learn more about Kofi's family and Arielle's, and you are also introduced to a boy named Osrick who is very different from who he has always seemed to be. The characters face college coming up, since this is their senior year of high school, as well as a mysterious school thief and a strange boy who everyone calls "Crazy Jack." It's a wonderfully told story full of twists and turns, and characters you root for the whole time. less

Solid, as all Draper's works are. Good YA selection.
