review 1: Not a bad little story - emphasis on the little! This comes in at 589 locations on Kindle and ends at 565. No more than a 15minute read dependant on how fast you read.In terms of the story, its a pretty formulaic 'assistant in love with boss' tale and ends exactly how you expect - Boss realises he's in love with assistant etc etc but to give it its due, the writing style is easy and what little interaction there is between the two guys is nicely done. This should really be part of an anthology where if it was grouped with 4 or 5 other shorts ,priced around £4/5 ( the average novel price) then I would say the story itself is worth at least a*3.5 rating. OK its not that expensive coming in just under £2 but when you think that an average full length novel on kindle only co... morests another couple of quid it does seem like a bit of a rip off. Depends on how free you're feeling with your purse strings!
review 2: Alan Sommers has had a crush on his boss, Kincaid Malloy, for the last 3 years but knows his boss will probably never give him the time of day. The day before his boss is scheduled to fly out for a conference, Alan is asked to house and pet sit for Kincaid. He agrees and moves into Kincaid's home for a few days. Unbeknownst to him, he's in for a real big treat. It was a short cute story, readers get a good amount of back story about the two MC's and the story was interesting. less

This was just an okay read for me. I didn't like the heros very much and it moved to fast.
