review 1: I listened to this book being read by the author... unlike other things I've listened to, this one was very hard to pay attention to. The author's ideas about PQ and the various saboteurs mimic other things I've read about deceptive brain messages, and I learned a lot about little tricks to become instantly mindful as well as labels you can apply to your deceptive thoughts. However, I need to listen to it again, because I missed about half of it the first time through.
review 2: A book everyone should read! It is a great tool for improving areas in your life whether it is professional or personal. You will be able to distinguish the "Judge" in you that stops you from achieving/surpassing certain things in your life. It's a simple easy read. The book can be a li
... morettle repetitive towards the end but I still think it's a great tool. You might learn quite a bit about yourself and learn how to tackle certain situations in your life in a less stressful manner. If you're able to be disciplined enough and practice all that is described in this book, I highly do believe that it will make a big difference in your life. Without even consciously being aware of it, I guarantee you will practice some of the methods described in this book and it will change your way of thinking. less
