review 1: Aww what a lovely story. Im a big big fan of dark romances but every now and then its lovely to read a story about a boy and a girl who fall in love. This is what this story is about. Now in saying that it does take Devlin a bit of time to realise her feelings for Ronin and I know that some readers found her to be a pain in the ass but if you have ever been in her situation you will get her and understand her. Ronin oh what can I say we all need a Ronin thats for sure. This is a story of a young girl who deeply loves a boy but who eventually sees that sometimes that boy is not 'the one' and the person that helps her see this might just be ......
review 2: Coming into this book I did my very best to keep an open mind.... in the end what I found was a delightf
... moreully written story of true friendships, true loves, and how to move on with life if things don't go as planned. Even though Devin did not have what would be considered an amazing or conventional home life or support system, Devin lives alone in a condo right out of high school she found herself with a group of friends who loved, supported, and encouraged her. I found the story between Devin and Ronin and by extension their group of friends to be not only entertaining, but exceptionally heart warming. I am going to have a "book hangover" for some time and am anxiously awaiting for what Sibylla throws at us next-- all in all a big thumbs up! ***** less
