review 1: I normally don't expect alot from cartoon books, especially when the main character is based off a popular YouTube series. But this book blew me away. It was fairly long, the comics made me laugh, and the best part was the illustrations. The pages are so detailed and beautiful even though Simon's Cat is pretty simple. My favorite part was not even supposed to be funny. It was the day of the week scenes where the cat would be sleeping somewhere else each day. Those were so pretty, almost like mini paintings of peace. Love Love Love!!!
review 2: I couldn't wait to look at this book when I got it in the mail. I am not a cat lover... however, I do appreciate the antics that cats get up to as I have friends and family with cats. The picures and the "vs" are adorab... morele. Not only is it funny to me, my toddler was giggling at the cat as he challenged the world. A nice book that I plan to share with my cat loving friends. I will be reading the others in the Simon's Cat series. less
