review 1: Keys to Love is my new favourite in the Conquest series. Actually, it's one of my new favourites in the entire m/m genre. I absolutely loved Julian's story. The first chapter made me feel a little guilty for not realising before how hard it must have been for Julian to hide his sexuality at the same time as Jesse and Evan. He was lonely, and it honestly broke my heart. Julian and Morgan's romance was beautiful and they were such a cute couple. Morgan was perfect for Julian and I loved how, even though Julian was the one with the money and the fame, it was Morgan who introduced Julian to all these new and wonderful things - like camping and peeing outside! I really didn't want this to end because I wanted to see their whole relationship play out on the page - I wanted to se... moree them move in together, get married, tour together, have children, grow old... *sigh* I can't wait to continue this series, I just don't know what I'll do when it comes to an end! I am absolutely DYING to read Robbie and Kyler's story.
review 2: This was a great story for this series - I so loved Jesse and Evan, I was not sure how the rest would play out, but this was great, Julian had vulnerabilities you never really picked up in the other books, but of course, came up in this one. I liked how Morgan was independent, yet could also realize he could compromise if Julian was important enough for it. I was not sure who the "bad guy" was until almost the end because there was an obvious choice and a not so obvious choice and there were definitely some twists to it!I have not read BHD yet, but I'm hoping there might be more to the stories of Brad and maybe more with Remmy as well???One can hope, right? less
