review 1: Probably not a shred of originality in this book. Not a single one. Fortunately though it was still compelling enough to keep me entertained. The MC is the typical damsel in distress in all other PNR's except he's a male. The other MC is pretty much like all the other romantic interests out there too except...no, there is no exception here. He's all alpha male. Slightly bad vampire turned good vampire after meeting the love of his life. Meh. Completely predictable. All of it. I did like the sex. Not sure if it was accurate or not but it did get me all bothered. Nicely done. Along with that semblance of plot...I've read worse. Much.
review 2: 4 stars for most of the book, 2.5 stars at the end.....I really enjoyed most of this book. Titus is a "Ancient" vampire a... morend Andreas is a human. Andreas wants to avenge his sister's death by becoming a vampire and killing his sister's murderer. His plan is for Titus to turn him. He and Titus become very close and start to fall in love....in comes Daniel, the jealous Ex.I enjoyed each of their stories. The sex was hot! I loved that Andreas was a zoologist working with big cats. I loved all of the animals in the story!I didn't like the ending.....well, I liked that everything ended happily....I didn't like the hoaky dialogue. The way every character became mushy and cliche was kinda nauseating. Otherwise a very good read. less
