review 1: I liked this better than I thought I would based on other reviews. I did start to skim over the tedious self-thought that Rebecca seemed to go through because of her worries about being married to a rake. Luckily she stopped. Daniel was a diamond in the rough. All it had taken was the right woman and the right circumstances and he was reformed. I loved his character throughout.I still am unsure who shot Rebecca. I must have missed that explanation somehow.
review 2: Family will not always look out for your best interest. This something that Lady Rebecca soon learns after her parents death and he being remanded to the care of her father's sister.
