review 1: Currently reading on my Kindle. I'll probably read more of it this weekend, as I usually only read my Kindle books when I'm away from home.I forgot to update this when I finished, so I don't remember when I finished it - maybe while on vacation? I think this is the second book in the series, and I don't think I've read the third one yet - though I'm pretty sure I have it on my Kindle. I've enjoyed the two I've read.
review 2: The second in a series that I'm not particularly loving, but the third book was already in my Booksfree queue so I'll probably read it too. Whatever. This book has Willow Millet finally opening herself up to the psychic side of her family's nature. I don't think that we ever find out exactly what she does except read scars and know what... more caused them. Willow owns a business that helps people, she does shopping, cleaning, etc. Several years ago, she gave up her true love, another paranormal, Ben Fortune. He's back to help battle the Embrans (a society of beings that lives below the ground and has come up to take over New Orleans. This book moved a little too fast and skipped over a lot of stuff that I felt could have been explained a little more. I will admit, I'm not much into the paranormals, but I generally enjoy stories about psychics. Just... not this one. less
