review 1: Fun story, but the narrator made some choices that didn't always work for me. Her Gloria voice is bad and stuffy sounding, but I think it's supposed to be. She has an obvious Canadian pronunciation most of the time, which is out of place for a story taking place in Louisiana. Also, what's the deal with how she pronounces "garage"? Nails on a chalkboard! But yeah... the story works. It was a free download when I got it on Kindle, but it would definitely be worth paying for it.
review 2: This book kept me interested, and guessing at suspects all the way through. There were still some unanswered questions at the end, but since this is part of a series, I'm sure the answers will come in a future book. The citizens of Mojo are an interesting bunch. There was
... moresome humor in the book too, which is a plus in my book. I haven't read the previous book, but definitely want to after reading Voodoo or Die. less

While this was a good book, I liked the first in the series (In Deep Voodoo), more.

I love how she writes stories based around characters from other books.

It was cute. It was more fluff than true mystery but I enjoyed it.

I liked it and will read other Stephanie Bond books.

Very entertaining follow up to In Deep Voodoo
