review 1: I love the book! It changed how I view making lifestyle changes. so instead of saying I need to lose 30 pounds so I will go to the gym daily and then feel guilty because I don't do it, the strategy in this book is literally set yourself up for success. the author describes it as stupid small goals, like 1 push up daily. I really enjoyed the chapters on why sheer will power is hard to sustain. perfect book to read before the annual new year's resolutions! I believe I will actually accomplish them this year.
