review 1: I hope Beth reads this soon, as I have questions...... though maybe it will all come out in the folllowing book that I am reading now. I may have given it a 5/5 stars but I really need to go back and re-read some of the books prior to get the story straight. Maybe I missed a few in the middle of when the neighbor's husband Peter, then the neighbor Adrienne.....well, I won't say, in case you have missed a few too! But I liked it, just feel some loose ends need tied up!
review 2: Pretty good ... not a who-dun-it, which for some reason I expected it to be, but still an engrossing read. I'm all for local authors, but if this one had not felt moved to remind us *quite* so often that the story was set in Boulder and to make *quite* so many references to Boulder's
... more reputation and to roll out *quite* so many local landmarks and nearby towns, the book would have been much shorter. less
