review 1: This three stories in one book, was a nice little read. In "The Borrowed Bride", Isabel Wharton is at her bridal shower for her soon to be wedding to Anthony Cossa, when her ex-boyfriend, Dan Black Horse shows up and takes her away. In "A Bridge to Dreams" Karyn Chambers old VW dies and she has to cancel her vacation plans and buy a new car. There at the dealership she meets Prince Charming, Brad Willis. He offers show her a vacation right there in her own home town of San Francisco. In "Sister of the Bride", Katie McCormick's sister has taken her boyfriend away from her and is getting married. Her mother doesn't want Katie to be unescorted, so she finally gets her to agree to being set up with her best friends son, Howie Jackson Kent. Of course, they all have happy ending... mores, just like romance stories are suppose to.
review 2: Summer Brides by Susan Wiggs This was a pretty decent story.A Bridge to Dreams by Sherryl Woods I really enjoyed this one. Vacation plans to Hawaii end up chucked in lieu of a new car. A handsome ex-race car driver turned Car Dealer Owner (due to ailing father needing to lighten his work load) offers to take a one-week vacation in her home town of San Francisco. A nice story with overprotective brothers :)Sister of the Bride by Susan Mallery This is the story I checked the book out for. I adore the Fool's Gold series, and this was a great short story. Much better than the previous one I read. Sister of the Bride gets to watch her ex marry her sister. Two best friends (the mothers) end up setting their kids up as dates for the wedding. They end up head-over-heels for each other, and the mayhem that ensues during the 4-day affair was fun to read. less

Good anthology, I picked it up for the Susan Mallery story from her Fool's Gold series specifically.

I have come to the conclusion that romance novels are fairy-tales for grown up women.
