review 1: I dont know. I just didn't feel anything for this book. Oh wait, I did! The urge to finish this book because I bought the book. It will be a waste if I dont finish this.This book is about Noelle who is bullied because she is poor but I don't even feel sorry for her at all. The book just didn't give me enough "feels". I didn't even go giddy over the romance between her and Julian. Didn't smile at all.
review 2: I only read to page 31 of this book. The first 5 pages were AMAZING. When I read the description of the setting and the characters I thought this author was going to be one of the writers that made the readers not want to put the book down, but after those couple of pages I was really confused and I couldn't follow where the author was trying to take the ... morestory. All the main character would do was complain and I didn't like that. The whole time you'd be thinking, "I have enough problems of my own and they're worse than that." I think this book would be a good movie, but it doesn't really work as a book. It was hard to visualize everything that happened, so if it was in a movie it would show you what everything was supposed to look like. I wouldn't know who to recommend this book to if I had to. I think this book was just not put together very well. less
