review 1: I enjoyed this story. Loved the drama and romance. There could have been more effort given to building the relationship between El and Chass; it was a bit rushed in the beginning. The story got better as it continued and I really appreciate the time given to developing the relationship between Chass and Shane. Annoyed that there is a part 2 that I have to wait on...I may forget about the sequel if I have to wait too long. Please consider wrapping these stories up in one book! Perhaps make the stories can be a bit longer. Just a thought. Would have given the book 5 stars if it ended better.
review 2: This was a good book! There were a few twists in the plot that really surprised me and that’s a good thing. The lead character has fallen for two totally opposite... more men, a successful lawyer and the big time drug dealer. Talk about opposites. The only thing that they have in common is the woman that both love…Chass. This book kept my attention the whole time and got more interesting and the book went on. I would definitely recommend this book to those who love a good, urban novel. less
