review 1: Fuck ! Fracture me eh? You fractured us you asshole. I'm so disappointed in Adam. I can't believe him. He can't be serious ! Maybe he's just lying, to himself, to Juliette. To us. How can he claim that he loves her and does that! How the hell are you so freaking sure she's held captive by Warner. Don't you remember your psychopath of a father. Why didn't you think of him. I really love how you care for James, he is your little brother after all but even when you settled down and got food, shelter you weren't thinking about going back to get Juliette back. I was feeling so sad for you. Cause i'm sure Juliette can't end up with you and I was sure you'd be devastated but now I couldn't give a shit. You were a different guy in the 1st book. Now, I'm only hoping she really does... moren't end up with Adam. No one deserves her as Warner does.
review 2: ummm.okay. This was not what I was expecting. The first half had too many scenes repeated word by word from Unravel Me, and it added almost nothing new to the story and the ending was just... what? Seriously, he only had James in mind AT ALL TIMES? He didn't want to go back for Juliette at once? Did I miss something? I know he was heartbroken from their brake-up, but despite his obvious hurt, he always showed he loved Juliette more than anything and would do anything to make things work.It killed off my love for Adam a little. I think it was done intentionally, but it made Shatter Me a bit hollow in retrospect. I know that was from Juliette's point of view, and she can be an unreliable narrator, but this was maybe a bit too much. I know I'm supposed to root for Warner, but you already have my love for him, you don't have to have Adam saying every 5 seconds he cares more about his brother than anyone else in the world and that Juliette is practically a burden he has to take care of.Weird. Like you couldn't make Juliette choose between them if one of them isn't a bit of an a-hole. It felt very out of character for me, like this novella wasn't even written by the same person as the others. Again, I'd happily read about a well-written love triangle, but not one that was decided and over waaaaay before it actually started, and decided in a really cop-out sort of way, totally destroying something that I found beautiful in the first book.I know this was just a short novella, that I could have just skipped, but I had high hopes for it. Destroy Me gave such a nice view into Warner's mind, and I was hoping this would do the same for Adam, but instead it just left me frustrated, because it could have been handled more ... gracefully. It kind of broke the magic, you know?At least Kenji was awesome.Well, I'm going to act like this one just doesn't ... exist, and hope for the best with Ignite Me less

The four stars are all for Tahereh Mafi, James and Kenji because Adam deserves nothing.

Short little novella in Adam's POV. Nothing earthshattering, just more story.
