review 1: I love this Shatter Me novella mainly because after reading Unravel Me, I'm starting to like Warner compared to his character in Shatter Me. Here, I got to see what was running on Warner's mind - how much he understands Juliette's burden since they share same experience. I never thought that those diabolic schemes he had was for Juliette's sake. His plans weren't as nice as it is. But for him it was to unleash the real Juliette because since day one he knew that Juliette is very special. And I must not forget about Juliette's journal. Damn. That made me tear up because somehow, I can relate. It's like all of the feelings I kept was on Juliette's journal. This book is a mind-opener before reading Ignite Me.
review 2: I loved seeing the pov of the other character
... mores to add on to Juliet's story. In Fact, to any of you reading this, and that plan on reading the series it's tagged on to, or are in the midst of reading the books, I highly suggest these novelas. They really help explain some of the actions these two characters make, and really show character develop. I actually think they should have been printed with the books, just because of how great and helpful the writing is towards the story of this developing character. less

The first novella was good but the second was mostly just a rehash of scenes we've already saw.
