review 1: Another YA RomCom that definitely jump started my romantic bones! YAY Ms. Tellulah! I love this book just as much as I love the first sequel. Come on, who wouldn't love this incarnation of our beloved Greek gods and goddesses? The story is to die for. With delightful twists that will make you swoon for more. Entertaining in so many levels. Clever, witty, sassy and snappy with a lot of punch. Exactly the ingredients of a must read teen fantasy romance series. YUM!
review 2: Fans of the first book will not be disappointed with Darling's sequel. Sophie's personality shines through as she tackles more emotional and physical obstacles alongside her friends, and Greek God Kai. I would like to see even more of a spotlight shined on the other Gods Sophie comes across... more throughout the story. Readers who enjoyed The Goddess Test series, or other YA mythology inspired novels, should give My Ex From Hell, the first book in the trilogy, a try. Overall 4/5 stars; I cannot wait for the last book in the trilogy, My Life From Hell. less
