review 1: I was quite shocked when j first started reading the latest in the rocker series at how many people did not like it or get into it. I for one was not one of those people. I have loved all the rockers since I first read Emmie's side of the story and have wanted to know Wroth and Marissa's story since we first met them as they reminded me a lot of Nick and Emmie. Well I was right in how similar their love was but not in how much heartbreak had to happen first. Without giving away everything I can tell you I was in tears from the prologue and those tears continued throughout until the end. I hated Marissa at times, hated Wroth as well and found a love for Liam somewhere in between... My only wish was the book be longer...
review 2: So here I am again, having ... morefinished the latest work by one of my most favorite authors. Terri Anne Browning’s The Rocker Who Cherishes Me is a true gem. Now if you haven’t read her The Rocker series I do recommend starting from the beginning and reading them in order or you will be missing out on a lot of backstory. Believe me you do not want to miss a word.TRWCM is the story of Wroth and Marissa. It is a love story filled with heartache and happiness. My emotions were all over the place during this journey and once again Terri Anne Browning has done an outstanding job of making the reader feel as if they are a part of the story. I honestly wasn’t sure how much I would love Wroth and now I can say he is up there at the top of my Rocker series list of favorite band members. Of course all the other band members from not just OtherWorld but Demons Wings as well make appearances in this latest story. And yes all their women and kids are there and add a great deal to the flow of the story. That’s what I love so much about these books; the interaction of all the characters both old and new makes the story so much fun to read. All these hot rockers on one tour are one big, usually happy, family and I’m so in love with all of them.Thank you Terri Anne Browning for once again bringing OW and DW to life and for giving us the beautiful story of Wroth and Marissa’s love. less
