review 1: This was a good funny cute book. I loved both Alice and Noah and wish that their story had continued as I wanted to find out what would happen next. The characters were really good from quirky mum EdnaIt was a nice change to have Alice and her sister aware of vampires, even though the rest of society didn't. It added a fun twist to the story, as Noah didn't know she knew about vampires. With Noah on the run from an arranged marriage it ended up being a good read. This is definitely one I would recommend for people looking for a fun read for the summer. xxx

Great intro to this Son’s of Kane series.Alice needs a date for her sister’s wedding and it just so happens that the entire wedding party is on a cruise ship. She convinces her neighbor Noah to be her date. The problem is Noah is a vampire and has been introduced as her fiancé. Along the way Alice realizes Noah is a vampire and he is doing the his best to keep it in the dark. less
