review 1: This book is a wonderful and upfront walk through spiritual sexuality. Challies confronts our modern era acceptance of pornography and lust and how it has warped God's design for sex. This book is specifically addressed for men, but even women might be able to gain some insight in this book of how the devil has warped our minds about sex and the marriage bed. The book is short, to the point, challenging, and very rewarding. I recommend this to any Christian man who is seeking to grow closer to God and be a better spiritual leader in their home (even if that is a future home).
review 2: I got this book, mainly because I wanted to examine my own heart and my thought on sex. I came out of a pretty immoral background of my own, got saved by grace and transform... moreed, but I never took the time to really look at how my heart was effected and numbed by years of exposure to almost anything and everything. This is a great book, I recommend it for every guy, no matter what their background. I provides clear theological teaching on sex and why it's so important to have an accurate view of sex as a single guy and as a married guy. less
