review 1: I enjoyed this book. It was a little slow at the beginning because a lot of it was stuff that had already happened in other books just from a new POV, but it was better once we got to the new stuff. However the conflict thing at the end kind of came out of left field for me. I guess it shouldn't have because it was kind of hinted at throughout the book, but it just seemed like it just started randomly and then was over just as suddenly. Beyond that, this was a pretty good book, that I flew through, and I think fans of this series will enjoy this addition.
review 2: What an enjoyable read! I am so glad I found this series, as all 3 books have been such a pleasure to devour. I'm just sad that there aren't more (at least not yet). What I particularly enjoyed about... more this third installment is the camaraderie between all the main characters. Even if there are disagreements they will always have each others backs. The banter between them all was quite entertaining as well. And of course there's Brodie, who proved to become as swoon-worthy as his two brothers. I do hope there will be more books in this series (I, for one, would like to read more about Niall)! Now that I am a bona fide Tracey Jane Jackson fan, I will be sure to check out her Civil War Brides Series as well :-) less
