review 1: Surprisingly well written for a M/M and M/M/F genre story. A real plot, not just a way to get to hot scenes, I found myself caring about the characters. Science fiction. I will try Dalton again. Aine is orphaned in a raid on the planet where her parent's work in the mines. She escapes because her brother sacrifices himself, getting her onto a fleeing freighter. She is taken under the wing of the ship's captain and eventually becomes a ship commander herself. This is when she finds herself injured, after escaping from her damaged ship, on an unoccupied planet. Rescued by another Commander, she meets her future and finds out she isn't as immune to love as she believes.
review 2: Could have been good, but the attraction was based on being addicted to " bodily flu... moreids", spending the night with your male partners anatomy in your mouth like a pacifier so that you have comfort of said fluids, not sexy to me.There was a good book in here somewhere, but the the authorthrows in a Big Misunderstanding over a small thing, combined with the sexual addiction did not appeal to me.I won't be buying any more of her books. less
