review 1: I really wasn't sure about this book but it was very well written and I found I just couldn't put it down. The tension between Cass and Travis was gripping and in the end the explanation for Cassidy's issues was entirely believable. Ashley featured as Travis' girlfriend in Rebel and I still don't know whether I liked her or not - she was a bit too free but somehow it all made sense. Not my favourite genre of romance with 3 people, I would always feel that one was left out especially looking at the future and kids etc. I don't think I would ever read it again but Ms Arend is definitely one of my favourite authors.
review 2: Definitely my least favorite in this series. I just couldn't get into it. I think the last half of the book was great, I just wish
... morethe first half had the same draw.If you've read any of the previous books then you know that Travis likes to get into fights to release aggression. What we learn in this story is that he's hiding a secret. That secret is that he's bisexual. Cassidy is his best friend and the one guy that he sees himself getting involved with. Ashley is Travis' ex - girlfriend, and she's come back to town for help with an upcoming projects and to get her man back. The three ultimately find love together. less
