review 1: TJ finally finds his mate, only she is completely human and a few years older. But he doesn't care. She's his mate. He'll do anything to have her. Even whisk her away out in the wilderness for a week without talking to about it.Pam can't decide if she is mad or thinks it incredibly sweet what TJ did. She is confused on what she's feeling towards him, she can't keep away. They have a week to get to know each other and for TJ to convince Pam that they are mates in mind, body, soul and heart. Wolf Tracks was a great read. TJ finally finds his mate which is great. I loved it.
review 2: Oh T.J., how I have been waiting for this book. *sigh* I’ve loved this character since he was first introduced in Wolf Signs as the lovable, loyal to a fault, clumsy, ‘act first,
... morethink later’ little brother of Keil. After reading Wolf Tracks, I love him even more.Pam showed up in Granite Lake for Maggie and Erik’s wedding. She’s jaded when it comes to the whole HEA thing so she really doesn’t understand how her best friend could fall head over heals in love with someone so fast. That sets up the perfect scenario for the instant love connection that happens when a wolf finds its mate. She’s as attracted to T.J. as he is to her, but she shrugs it off and decides that a vacation fling would be perfect. Of course, T.J. knows better and he does an amazing job of convincing Pam that there is a possibility of forever.Although I wasn’t sure at first, Pam kind of grew on me. I think my hesitation came from the fact that I wanted T.J.’s HEA to be perfect. You can’t argue with fate though and in true T.J. form, he didn’t take any chances. I think what I love most about this character is that he just goes with whatever he’s feeling. He’s honest to a fault and his patience and determination to convince Pam that they were destined to be together was amazing. There was no huge, dangerous conflict in this one. It was all about T.J. and Pam. That’s okay though. I liked that the only fight there that existed was in convincing Pam T.J. was her HEA. I also liked seeing the other characters again. They are such a great group and in each installment you can see how much they’ve grown and how much love and respect they have for each other. The next book in the Granite Lake Wolves series is Wolf Line and it features Jared. less
