review 1: This was a quick and light read. Mark is a wolf and through scent can detect his mate. Tessa is a cougar shifter and while they take mates it is after a a process of falling in love. Mark instantly knows that Tessa is his mate, but is willing to allow her time to sort out her feelings and for them to get to know each other. There is no real drama, and Tessa acknowledges that they will likely end up together, so it is basically about them getting to know each other.
review 2: This one was so much fun! I loved how hyper Tessa was to Mark's calm. I loved that both of them were blunt about what they wanted, mates and mating included. I really loved how Tessa marked her man in front of the pack, it was a genius way to get what they both wanted. I also liked Keri... more's frank talk to Tessa, how it made Tessa look at things in a different way, and how Tessa let Mark know about it. The party at the end was so perfect, really fit both groups. less
