review 1: I picked this up on a recent trip to the library; and had not read anything by Aaron Elkins. Loved this book, very intriguing story. Brian Bennett believes being kidnapped again would be the worst thing that could ever happen to him. While on a business trip to Iceland he finds himself having to face down his worst fear and do so without Xanax to help him get through his panic attacks. Highly recommend this book if you enjoy a suspenseful read.
review 2: I always enjoy Elkins's novels, and this one was no exception. This book is not one of his mystery series. The story of panic attacks and kidnapping takes place in Iceland, but since during a big part of the book the main character is a hostage, we don't get to see much of Iceland, and I would have liked to... more have a virtual tour. However, it's a good read and I will always pick up the next book from Aaron Elkins. less
