review 1: I don't always read romance YA books to tell u the truth, I'm the type who won't touch it with a ten foot pole unless someone I know recommends it. My friend bought both books so I just borrowed it. No harm done right if I hated the series, I didn't lose anything except time. Turns out the stories were pretty good! I dont support cheating in any way shape or form but I can appreciate a forbidden romance. The second book wasn't really my cup of tea but hey it was alright. Maybe it was because I didn't really like sawyer after the crap he did in the first book.
review 2: I loved the storyline in both books. I didn't read the original releases so I'm not sure what was "extended and uncut" but I wasn't disappointed. I love everything this author writes. There might... more be some readers who aren't thrilled with the underage drinking and sexual situations by teenagers, but realistically this has been the norm since I was in high school almost 30 years ago. Having said that, while the stories contain these types of situations, it is not overcome by them and focuses on the developing love between two young couples and the strife within their families. I wish there were more plans for continuing the Vincent boys! less
