review 1: This book is not politically correct. AT ALL. And it drops the f-bomb gratuitously. So if you are easily offended, you will hate this book. It reads like a drunken angry rant and is absolutely hilarious. I had low expectations when i checked this book out from the library, but im glad i picked it up. Anyone who is a fan of Mr. Carolla's work will be rewarded. I don't agree with all of his points, but at least they are well reasoned. I would place this on par with Steven Colbert's "America, rebecoming the greatness we never weren't".
review 2: I loved both of the Ace Man's last two books, but this one left a lot to be desired. First of all, it repeats a lot of content from In 50 Years We'll All Be Chicks. I'm guessing this is due to a new publisher? The ... morebook could've used some tighter editing, and Mike Lynch should've leveraged a thesaurus to replace some of the words the profanity laden rants. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind swearing - I love the podcast, and am told I sometimes swear like a sailor myself. It's just the thoughts started to lose their meaning when the paragraphs were full of profanity. There were a few excellent chapters (hence the 3 star review), but most left quite a bit to be desired. The book was boring and tedious in more than a few places (particularly due to the borrowed topics from earlier books). less
