review 1: The children in this book are the vivid imaginations of children that we don't want to have. They are growing up with no respect and saying something bad is in them and not taking responsibility for their actions.Until...one of them gets a conscious and does the right thing. It shows that in our society today we can do the best we can and hope our children learn to be good, respectful of others, and themselves.
review 2: I really liked the book. It's very different, raw, and adult. The first page foreshadows explicit language and the book itself being strange. What I liked most was the fact it was so strange and so different from the books I've had to read. The children and the wolves is a rather short book with each chapter changing view points between wiggins,
... moreorange, bounce, which kidnap a three year old which they call the frog who also is included in the list. Bounce who is the ringleader invites wiggins and orange on an adventure that is one hell of a ride. less

When am I going to learn that I just don't like Adam Rapp no matter how many good reviews he gets?

Yuck. Too disturbing and dark without any redeeming qualities.
