review 1: This is the first book I have read by Ahren Sanders and I can honestly say I love how the writing flows throughout the entire story! Raven is a spunky, fun loving character. I love her interaction with all of her friends and family and how protective they are of her. Then there is Declan..... you can just tell he oozes of holy hawtness! The love and protectiveness he has over his sisters is so sweet. I feel like I was actually there seeing the love unfold between Declan and Raven. I am heart broken for both of them at her walking away from him so he could have his dream with his band!
review 2: I'm honestly sad that the first review I'm writing is a bad one, but I had to do it.English's not my native language and even I can see that this book is full of m... moreistakes, sometimes I wonder if they proofread before actually publishing the thing. "Vise-versa"? Seriously? That's just plain ignorance.Now, about the unrealistic characters and consequently unrealistic dialogues, let me just give you an example of Damon introducing himself: “guess you could say I’m new. My family owns this place and I just started a few weeks ago. I’ll be bartending a few days a week. I graduated college and recently returned to Nashville. I’m trying to figure out my next step. What about you?”WHAT? You want to add your social security number to that?The way everyone seems to fall to the protagonist's feet is just annoying.NOPE.NOPE.NOPE. Getting outta here! less
