review 1: I absolutely loved this book. I had already read the first one so I was sort of scared to read the next one because I wasn't ready to be disappointed. Fortunately, the second book, Goddess Interrupted, was completely better than the first. This book takes place after the first summer Kate spends away from her new husband, Henry. Although she had a great time, she was more than ready to get back to Eden Manor. Kate is taken to the Underworld, her new home and place of work, and immediately everything goes wrong. Kate's adventure throughout this story is action packed and was one of the many reasons I couldn't put this book down. I loved this book a thousand times more than the first. I was able to see a more strong side of Kate and I loved how the author went more i... moren depth into Henry's character. I also really liked this book's storyline. It revolved around some Greek Myths that were about some of the Titans, the rulers before the Gods. All in all, Goddess Interrupted was an amazing book and I can't wait to read the next one in the series. I definitely recommend this series to anyone looking for a good series to read.
review 2: I don't know what's wrong with me and this book. I guess it's just the fact that for me the Gods have lost the original shades to such an extend, that it's hard to recognize them without using the appendix once in a while. It's already better than it was in the first book, but the story is not as good as the first story...I don't know yet if I'm gonna read the last part, although...I do want to know how this will end (apart from happily ever after...) less
