review 1: Got this one free on my Kindle app, it sounded interesting. It's a dystopian fantasy saga, 2 factions of what are essentially the same type of advanced humans who have developed their extra sensory perceptions, & made the natural energy that flows in every living being advanced as well by developing their ability to hone & use it. Will, his wife Hope, & son Josh, are hunted by Hunters from the opposing faction, & all sorts of plot twists & somewhat crazy adventures ensue. I'm looking forward to book 2...
review 2: A Mad in Wonderland / John Tucker Review of A Question of Will.Mr. Albrinck has taken a sci-fi staple -- Humans versus Evolved ones - and created a tale where its good points are outweighed by bad ones. While a novel idea gets bogged down by extran
... moreeous situations and useless secondary characters, the crackling ending doesn't justify the first two thirds of the book. The technology alluded to seemed to be glossed over or simplified to the sake of being...well...un-technological. While a twisted plot and a good ending are blessings for the readers with the patience to get there, the journey is narrow and full of inconsistencies. I give it 3-Stars, if only for the hope the sequels are better. less
