review 1: As with the previous book in the series, I was really disappointed in this last installment. There were not enough mysteries or twists, and everything just seemed rushed and thrown together at the last minute. I usually expect a lot in the last book in a series, and this was definitely a letdown. I still think this is a good series for teens and preteens, but the ending could have been done in a much more exciting way.
review 2: Bought this book as soon as it was released and it did not disappoint. It takes on a more mature narrative than its usual humorous side but I thought it was appropriate considering where the story took us. I was happily satisfied with the ending and forever consider this series one of my all time favourites. I am going to miss the Galla... moregher Girls and their many adventures and can't wait for Ally Carter's next series. less
