review 1: Tease was the kind of book I would have to set down for a while to allow myself to process what was happening in the story. It was a thought provoking book that took that extra step to look into the mind of the bully instead of the victim, and in someway that bully was actually a victim herself. I was thoroughly impressed with this author's work. I would definitely read anything else she put out! Five out of five stars for originality, many versions of The Feels, and for the writing itself.
review 2: I cannot possibly like this book. The author attempts to portray the main character, Sara, as being likable and kind through the eyes of her family but also as one who was "lead astray" by a friend. I got the feeling that the reader was supposed to feel bad for S... moreara because her father left and her boyfriend fell for someone else. However, Sara was a cold, cruel, selfish brat. She cared about nothing but herself and being popular. Sara's continuous repetition of "I did nothing wrong" throughout the story made me sick. I could not feel bad for her. I just wanted to give her a good slap. less
