review 1: This was a sweet read and yes, once again, Amber Garza has made me cry. That’s always a good thing. The Summer We Fell, has everything fans of Amber Garza love. Sweet romance with twists of fate that keeps you on the edge wanting to find out what’s really going on.Cruz and Sloan have been best friends since grade school. Now in high school Cruz’s band has a new drummer, Adam, who steals Sloan’s heart from the first time he speaks to her. This bothers Cruz, though he can’t seem to figure out why until it dawns on him that he is actually jealous. Is his jealousy simply that of a friend thinking he’s losing his best friend? Or is it something else? There is a lot more to this story than a simple love interest and Amber has that special way of hers that keeps us gu... moreessing and then throws you that curve ball, sending you off into something completely different.I was lucky to receive this book from the author for an honest review and I highly recommend it to all who love sweet romantic young adult books that keep you guessing about the outcome.

But Sloane's best friend, Becca keeps dropping cryptic hints that she and everyone else,can see there's more to Sloane and Cruz's relationship then they both are denying is there.Now can Cruz find a way to confess his love to Sloane and can Sloane be truthful to herself about how she really feel about Cruz,or will her relationship with Adam hinder her judgement? less
