review 1: This book captured me and sucked me in full-force! This book is hot and I loved the characters. Amelia, in my opinion, completely captured dominance and alpha male characteristics without being completely ridiculous with a strong female lead. There also isn't that wishy-wash crap of the female lead submitting to the alpha or deciding between 2 guys.There are some items that bugged me while reading the book that could be fixed through some better editing the main, beyond a few typos, are the character names Ristan and Dristan....they are in the books often and at the same time that it was kind of confusing when you get so wrapped in the main characters. The similarity was annoying enough to interrupt the flow of reading the book for me. Loved it and stayed up all night to f... moreinish....and immediately jump to the next in the series. Would recommend to anyone who likes paranormal/fantasy romance with hard-dominance action!
review 2: I really enjoyed this book. I could not put it down once I picked it up and finished it faster than the first book! I think the authors writing was much better in the one also. Although I will say I don't enjoy her cliff hanger endings. I'm excited to see what more is to come with Syn and Rider and how the ending of this book will pay out. If you enjoy Fae paranormal I would recommend this series! less
