review 1: Motte certainly knows how to keep the suspense going and with lead characters as unsympathetic as the brother sister duo of Henrik and Rebecca that part of the writing is worthy of an accolade. This one again had a fast resolution with the siblings becoming miraculously super competent at the 11th hour after seeming quite hapless most of the time. The Master behind the Game (as in the Wizard behind Oz) was quite a disappointment though.
review 2: "Bubble" is last book in trilogy from author Anders de la Motte. I have not read the first 2 books of this trilogy. "Bubble" did seem to move at a very good pace. It's characters were very lifelike and likable. As part 3 of this trilogy I still had no trouble reading, and picking up needed clues that were from first 2 ... morebooks. Interesting story involving a young man named HP and his sister Rebecca. HP of course is always on the wrong side of the law while his sister works in law enforcement. Throughout book there are 2 separate stories running that do come together in the end. Was a good bit of action in this novel and some pretty colorful dialog. I did enjoy the story very much. Although it did seem to drag on a little too far. I'm giving this novel "Bubble" from Anders de la Motte 4 stars out of 5. Pick it up, it's a pretty good story. Don't worry if you've not read first 2 books of trilogy. Try it, you'll like it. less
