review 1: Just read the first book in this trilogy. It took me quite a few pages to really get into it, but when I did it was hard to stop. I was surprised to like it so much, because it's a story completely filled with cliches. Hero who is troubled. Heroine with a dark past. Conspiracies. Crazy people... I like my books with a little more originality, but this book is so well written that I can't wait to read the other two parts. Well done mister writer!

The action flows fast and furious as parallel story lines proceed in alternating paragraphs. It is an unusual and very effective technique to engross the reader and heighten the level of tension. I was exhausted when I finished the book, but eager for more. less
