review 1: I enjoyed it, but it wasn't great. I liked the dreams from the past. It was fun watching them try to figure that out. Patrick was an interesting character. I like what Kevin brought to the whole group. He was their grounded one, keeping them routed to reality and helping them figure out what was really going on. He was exactly what Daisy needed. I think the author did a pretty good job of blending ghosts, past lives, powers and modern high school together. It worked for me.
review 2: I like this book mainly because of the writing style and the main character, Daisy. The plot was also quite good. But I usually don't read paranormal stuff, because it sort of freaks me out, so this story did freak me out a little bit. That's why I only give it three stars.
... more Lots of people, especially teenage girls who like stories about the paranormal and supernatural, will probably like this book better than I do. I read this book because I heard about it on paulsoaresjr's youtube channel, where Paul played the Minecraft map made especially for the book with his daughter and her friends (of which one is Andrea J. Buchanan's daughter, who they met at Minecon). And the book being sort of a multimedia project sounded very interesting. I haven't had a chance to check out the youtube videos associated with it yet, but I am going to in a minute... less

Good story. I liked the interaction with the teens; it was realistic. Good premise. Well-written.

Oh dear - I hot to the end but found it slow, detached and wasn't my thing - sorry
