review 1: I liked "Doctor's Delight" and "Cop's Passion"--the two prequels--much better than this one. In this story, Time, a vet, acted more like an adolescent than a grown man, especially for someone who trained to be a vet. He always wore goofy, sexualized themed t-shirts in order to brag about his sexual prowess. Only a 16 or 17-year-old male would do such a thing in reality; a grown, mature man wouldn't need to advertise that he was a sexually mature man and would be above wearing such apparel. Also, I thought the ending was rather corny. The whole idea of him advertising his thoughts and feelings on national TV was goofy. Again, these were the actions of an adolescent male, or someone in great need of attention.

... moreacked editing this was simply an amazing book, I loved it. It's one of the few books that I didn't lose interest at some point, that's hard to do for me. This is the best book in the trilogy, they truly got better as you got to the next one. Cindy won my heart, normally the plus sized girls are so insecure and being bigger than the skinny girls myself that annoys me because not all plus sized girls are completely insecure. I simply loved her and she's my favorite plus sized and one of my top female characters in general. I think if you're a plus sized girl you should read this book because Cindy should be an inspiration to you because she embraces who she is with only some insecurities. And her family is awesome I loved her moms parts and her brothers especially Alex although Marty was a close second, the characters in general were written wonderfully even the bad guys. I loved Mike, I thought he'd be my favorite but shortly after I started his book Tim took that spot. Time was simply impossible not to love, you'd get to parts where you'd think he was a totally jerk but then you'd be sucked back into love him. He was a manwhore and normally I'd have issues with how that worked out but in this book I didn't, it's possibly the best work through of a manwhore I've read and I've read about plenty. I say if you haven't read this trilogy you need to and don't start with Tim's book because the other two are good too and plus to get the complete awesomeness of characters you need to read the other ones. less
