review 1: I was surprise at some of the low ratings because I really loved this book. My only issue is that sometimes I would be so involved with either the present or past story that when I got to the next chapter of the book I did not really want to have to read a whole chapter to get back on track with the story plot that was intriguing me. I know the author has hinted at a possible sequel but I really do not think you could enhance and add to the story line further without taking away the feeling that after all the tragedy they finally got their happily ever after.

... morel a thing, I found it hidden among the shelves and took it home. I think I burned through it in like two days. The flashbacks of how Romeo and Juliet really met, and who they really were, were just as fascinating as Julie's attempts to sort out her life and find out what was really going on. At one part at the end--no spoilers here--I sobbed so hard that I had to pull myself together before answering my phone when my dad was calling me! If you like Romeo and Juliet, Shakespeare, history, romance, or adventure, this is a must read. less
