review 1: I actually didn't even finish this one. About 1/3 of the way thru, I realized I did not care about Rueben and his kind, what kind of creature Lisa and the other staff were, how Laura was going to take to becoming one of the pack, and especially I thought the whole son/wedding thing with Celeste was one of the dumbest storylines I had read. Sorry Anne, Usually I would give you a much better review. review 2: Well, it's a werewolf Christmas story...so there's that. Once you accept that this is the entire plot of the book and move on, you'll soon discover that this is a book about werewolves and faeries written by Anne Rice. This makes for a lot of interesting characters and long conversations detailing their histories. Oh and some people from the last book beco... moreme werewolves. i'm sure i'll read the sequel. less
