review 1: I adored this series. This last installment was my favorite of them all. The series combines everything that I love, vintage fashion, good old fashion romance, paranormal witchery, and a mystery to boot. This series made me laugh at loud, lust over clothes, and pick sides in favor of my favorite detective. The secondary characters are also charming from the centenarian and her ghostly Lothario, mixed with the fatherly professor who spouts quotes with the doting witch aunt, and the hilarious computer geek steampunk BFF. I look forward to reading more of this series.
review 2: This has been the best book in the series so far. I hope it is not the last book in the series. She tied up everything with a big bow so it is possible that she is making this her la... morest in this series. I hope not. I loved this book. This series is getting better with every book. I am going to keep hoping that she plans to put out another. This was her brand new book so it will be awhile before she would even be putting out a new one. A girl can hope. less
