review 1: I loved it! Sly deserved a happy ending of his own too after 26 years of watching over his daughter from afar after he was turned to a vampire against his will. It was nice seeing Morgaine happy as well. I have to say even though they were not the main couple and we didn't see much of them, Nathan and Gwyn were a cute couple as well. I'm glad that Jules and Lily weren't kept though, I didn't feel for them like the rest of the brownstone crew!I hope there's another book but the ending of this one makes me think it's been wrapped up unless a ghost gets introduced for Chad!
review 2: I received this as a review book. Although this is the third book in the series, I enjoyed the funny, quirky story about vampires, shapeshifters and witches. And, I intend to read the... more first two installments at some point. I'm not normally a paranormal romance reader, but this series reminds me a bit of the MaryJanice Davidson "Undead" series, which I do enjoy. I'd recommend this to those who like the "Undead" series. If another installment comes out, I would certainly read it. less
