review 1: You want to start at the beginning if the series. Though I have in the first part of the series really enjoyed this particular character. This part of the series is all hers and you get to know Wynn better. Had a hard time transitioning from one set of characters to her, but I stopped or a break in between sections and found this book a lot easier to get into after breaking for a bit. I love it! Ended very well too!!!
review 2: Wynn has always been my favorite character of the Noble Dead series, and I was excited for this book. It didn't disappoint. the story is exciting, fast-paced (although the book itself paces the action perfectly) and full of intrigue and action. Chane returns (give a cheer, all those hoping for a Chane/Wynn romance, like me) and new chara... morecters add to the adventure. It's a definite must-read for any who've followed the Noble Dead books, and I can't wait to pick up and read book number two! less
