Tour South Carolina: Tandem Crêperie & Coffeehouse

Add Tandem Crêperie & Coffeehouse to your list of places to stop in charming South Carolina. You know you’ve had good crepes when you’re still blogging about them a month later. Check out their video on the website. They have such a cool story about their start and how Travelers Rest became their home. I always love seeing thriving small businesses form a perfect match between neighborhood and heartfelt mission.

I had the Grazing Goat: Honey goat cheese, blueberry compote, walnuts,
and greens and balsamic vinaigrette and Abby got the Fiesta: Shredded chicken, black beans, and cheese, topped with fresh salsa and sour cream
Both were amazing and I would love to go back to taste more from the Sweet selection.

They serve Counter Culture Coffee, which I thought was based in NY since it’s also served everywhere here but turns out, it’s actually a North Carolina roasting company. It was fun to learn about that and experience it even closer to the source.

With amazing food, rustic aesthetic and bright ambiance, they have good reason for all the bustle of bookclubs and breakfast dates.
