review 1: Stacy Justice is a reporter, a witch, and a Seeker of Justice appointed by the Council, so she must cope with her job, her boyfriend, her family, a demon, the co-worker from hell (Can't stand her and can't kill her, but tranquilizing her works.), etc. There's suspense--don't you just hate those shape-shifting demons--and coping with more than her share of problems. The demon has an army?! I enjoyed the premise, though the story and Stacy seems a little slow sometimes, but it's also fun. My favorite characters are Pickles, Thor, and Cinnamon's unborn baby.
review 2: This has got to be one of my favorite series of books! I savor each one and they never disappoint. The secret to a fabulous series is to make a great character and have fabulous and quirky people a... moreround them then continue to build and create interesting and unique stories and situations. This book does all of that and then adds humor and romance. I can not ask for more. I loved this one and would recommend the entire series....make sure you start at the beginning (Opal Fire) so you don't miss a single book. You won't be disappointed. less
