review 1: Callie owns a quaint little small town candy store she just needs a little additives and preservatives along with a few sales to make a profit to keep it afloat. He's everything she could have dreamed of and more. Derek the candy king McNear new everything there was to know about candy, after all it was his specialty. The two had met and by a strange turn of events at a wedding, then a refrigerator and as fate would have it...they were destined to meet again. It was candy that brought the two of them together, would it it be enough to keep them from being torn apart.This was a delightful romance all wrapped up in confectioners sugar and sweetness. Simply adorable.
review 2: I didn't really have any expectations going into this, which was probably a good thing. ... moreThe story had moments that were pretty great and the sex scenes were hot, but most of the story was really cliche. The story moves really quickly, which is typical for romance novellas, but it was wham bam, we're in love, let's get married and they barely knew each other. I'll likely try more by Bella Andre in the future, maybe a full length novel to really get a feel for her writing. less
