review 1: First, I bought this book because it was in the $5 bin at Barnes & Nobles, that should have told me something. I, however, picked it up because as they say "never judge a book by its cover," and me being the girl that I am like gossip. The novel is not interesting and does not have any type of suspensful nature. It talks about family, love and the goes through the life of the main character, which is pretty boring. If I was about 80 years older, there may be a chance I could enjoy this novel. But until then, it is bad.

Just couldn't get into this one. Kept waiting for something to happen but it never did.

A nice easy Summer read. The story is a little slow to start but overall a nice book.
